Jie Yang Jie Yang received a bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), where a master’s degree in Pattern Recognition & Intelligent System was achieved three years later. In 1994, he received Ph.D. at Department of Computer Science, University of Hamburg, Germany. Now he is the Professor and Director of Institute of Image Processing and Pattern recognition in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is the principal investigator of more than 30 national and ministry scientific research projects in image processing, pattern recognition, data mining, and artificial intelligence. He has published six books，more than five hundreds of articles in national or international academic journals and conferences. Google citation over 27500，H-index 85. Up to now, he has supervised 5 postdoctoral, 46 doctors and 70 masters, awarded six research achievement prizes from ministry of Education, China and Shanghai municipality. Two Ph.D. dissertation he supervised was evaluated as “National Best Ph.D. Dissertation” in 2009 and in 2017.  Two Ph.D. dissertations he supervised were evaluated as “Shanghai Best Ph.D. Dissertation” in 2009 and 2010. He has owned 48 patents.

Xiaodong Liu Prof Xiaodong Liu has been very active in the research in AI-driven software engineering, focusing on cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things, service-oriented architecture, evolution of cloud services, and intelligence-driven software engineering. He has won 15 external grants and successfully led or leading these externally funded projects with the role of principal investigator with a total value of over 4.5 million GBPs to his university. Currently Prof Liu leads the Intelligence-Driven Software Engineering Research Group. He is the founder a spin out company, FlexiCAGE Ltd. He has published 200 papers in refereed international journals and conferences and 5 book chapters. He is the inventor of 1 patent in Generative Component Adaptation registered in UK, USA and at International Level (PCT). He has been the chair, co-chair or PC member of a number of IEEE and ACM International Conferences. He is the associate editor of 2 international journals and the editorial board member of 3 international journals. He is the guest editor of 6 journal special issues, and the chief editor of 3 IGI Global Research Handbooks. He is the regular reviewer of other 6 international journals. He is a senior member of IEEE Computer Society, and a member of British Computer Society.

Kong Xiangjie 

The Vice Dean and Professor at the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology. He is a recipient of the Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, a Qianjiang Distinguished Expert of Hangzhou, and a Canal Young Scholar at Zhejiang University of Technology. He is also the founder and director of the Urban Science and Social Computing Laboratory. His primary research areas include urban computing, social computing, and knowledge management. He has published and accepted over 200 papers in internationally renowned journals and conferences such as IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMC, IJCAI, and ACM Computing Surveys, with more than 180 of these papers indexed by SCI. He has been consistently listed in Stanford's Global Top 2% Scientists (including both the Career-long and Single-year Impact lists) and has been recognized as a top scientist in the field of computer science, reported by authoritative media such as Nature Index and ScienceNet. He has been granted over 30 invention patents and has led the completion of numerous national and provincial-level research projects. He serves as an Editor for international SCI journals including Wireless Communications and Computing, PeerJ Computer Science, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, and Electronics. Additionally, he has been a (Lead) Guest Editor for special issues of several international SCI journals such as Pervasive and Mobile Computing, IEEE Access, and International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks.

Yang Liang

Professor at the School of Communication Engineering, Hunan University, specializes in wireless communications and optical wireless communications, with over 160 SCI-indexed papers published, including more than 130 IEEE journal articles. He has been consecutively listed in Stanford University's Global Top 2% Scientists (both Career-long and Single-year Impact lists) for five years and was named an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher in 2023 and 2024. As principal investigator, he has led five NSFC projects (including four general programs and one youth program) and one key project under the National Key R&D Program of China, while also participating in one NSFC Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund key project. He serves or has served as an editorial board member for several prestigious international and domestic journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, IEEE Communications Letters, Science China: Information Sciences, Journal of Communications, Chinese Journal on Internet of Things, and Acta Electronica Sinica. He was a committee member of the 8th and 9th Communication Theory & Signal Processing Committees under the China Institute of Communications. In 2020, he received the Second Prize of the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Award (ranked first) and was recognized as an Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker by the Chinese Institute of Electronics. He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Hunan Electronics Society.

Teh Ying Wah

Professor of Data Mining at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Malaya, serves as the Director of the Research Center for Security Control Technology and the Leader of the Innovation Team in Key Areas under the Ministry of Transport. His research interests span data mining, deep learning, Internet of Things (IoT), edge computing, task scheduling, data streams, mobile computing, speaker verification, language recognition, and clustering algorithms. He has published over 90 papers in both domestic and international journals and conferences, including renowned publications such as Information Fusion and International Journal of Information Management. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Editor for Human-Media Interaction - Frontiers in Psychology and serves as a reviewer for multiple high-impact journals. Additionally, he is a member of the Expert Advisory Panel for the Master of Data Science program at UTP, a Course Advisory Panel member for the Bachelor of Business Analytics program at TARUC, and an External Assessor for the Bachelor of Computer Science program at Swinburne University of Technology.

Pascal Lorenz 

Professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, recognized as a Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IARIA, and Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Communications Society. His research focuses on QoS, wireless networks, and high-speed networks. He has published 3 monographs, holds 3 patents, and authored 200 international papers. Lorenz has held editorial roles at IEEE Communications Magazine (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine (since 2015), and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (since 2017). He chaired IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020) and IEEE France Finance (2017-2022), and led the IEEE ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical Committee (2022-2023). Currently, he serves on the IEEE Region 8 Conference Coordination Committee and as an Associate Editor for several journals, including IJCS-Wiley, SCN-Wiley, and JNCA-Elsevier.

Nasir Saeed

Associate Professor at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), focuses on cutting-edge research areas such as aerial networks, data visualization, localization in extreme environments, and visible light communication. He has published over 100 papers in high-impact journals, which have been cited more than 6,000 times, achieving an H-index of 39. He serves as an Editor for IEEE Wireless Communications Letters and an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Communications and Networks, as well as a reviewer for several top-tier journals, including IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, IEEE Networks Magazine, and Elsevier Physical Communications.

Xinheng Wang 

Founding Head of Mechatronics and Robotics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. As an IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, and leader of Jiangsu's "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" team, his research spans intelligent/connected vehicles, airport robotics, smart manufacturing, edge computing, digital twins, acoustic sensing, healthcare, motion detection, and power system monitoring, including SLAM/navigation in robotics. With 230+ publications and dozens of patents (6 granted in the U.S./Japan/Korea, 18 in China), his work was rated "World Leading" in the UK's REF. He has led/contributed to 30+ projects funded by the EU, UK EPSRC, Innovate UK, NSFC, and industry, driving technological and industrial advancements.

Dimitrios A. Karras

Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at EPOKA University, Albania, specializes in research areas including intelligent and distributed systems, complex systems and sustainability, multi-agent systems, pattern recognition and computational intelligence, image and signal processing systems, biomedical systems, communications and networks, and security and sustainability applications. He has published over 99 high-quality journal papers and 191 conference papers in related fields, and has edited more than 20 books. As of September 10, 2024, his research has been cited over 3,500 times by other researchers, with H-index and G-index values of 25 and 73, respectively (Google Scholar). His Research Interest Score on ResearchGate is 1402, placing him in the top 5% of the ResearchGate member database. Currently, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Innovative Technology and Interdisciplinary Sciences (IJITIS) and International Journal of Applied Mathematics, Computational Science and Systems Engineering. Additionally, he is an editorial board member for journals such as Journal Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Journal CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology.
